It’s a double size room with a built in wardrobe, its an older place so if you want to decorate and add your own spin on it I’m sure that’ll be fine. There is a train station on a 20 minute walk away and a bus stop opposite if needed.

Current Tennant is moving closer to the town centre. I’m 40 year old single dad, my 4 year old daughter stays over every other week, I’m not the landlord, I just need someone to rent with me, its too much on my own. I’m very quiet and easy going and I’m looking for someone just quiet and normal.The property is an upper floor maisonette that has two levels, I live upstairs and downstairs is a small single room for my daughter and a double bedroom which is for rent. We have a dishwasher and I have gigabit fiberoptic WiFi which you’re welcome to use.
No couples. Can be unfinished if you require. Tennant is offically in notice period but has mostly moved out.
