Double furnished room with tv and fitted wadrobe. Location is ideal as it’s very central to town , hospital in one direction and mumbles gower in the other direction .Only a 4 min waLk to local shops and bus station. The facilities available is a refurbished open plan kitchen/living room for the tennant to use and a main bathroom with bath and walk in shower that will be shared with landlord. Parking available at property. I would like a Tennant that’s clean and tidy and gets on with dogs as I have two bulldogs living at the house.

There are two females living in the property, we are both professionals and very friendly. We respect eachn others privacy but also go out for a coffee or a walk from time to time.
