CLOSE TO TOOTING BEC TUBE Hey! I’ve viewed a great 3 bed property near Tooting Bec which is available July 1st, and would like to lock it in, with 2 new housemates. Deposits and references will be required.

As the three of us would be starting the house share at the property from scratch this is a great opportunity to make the house a home and figure out what works for us.

Transport: 9 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube, 2 minutes to Tooting common.

House: correct postcode SW17 6DA: Newly Refurbished, Big living room, 3 Double Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Off Street Parking, Private Garden. Bills not included

The house can come furnished, part furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs.

As the living room in the property is large, I’d like to work from there 1-2 days a week. There’s enough space for other people to have a desk set up and also WFH in the living room area.

Rooms: 2 double rooms, one slightly smaller, sharing one bathroom. So you’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

I’m not fixed on anything but I ideally would like the en-suite room and I’m happy to pay £50 more for the room, and thinking who ever takes the smaller room would pay £50 less.

Future housemates: I’m looking for social, clean and tidy housemates who have their own thing going on but also down for a drink or movie night one night after work. Ideally, not someone in a solely remote role.

Me: I’ve lived in Tooting for 2 years and have friends near by. I play netball in Balham and Vauxhall. I work 3 days a week in Oval and 2 from home.

I’m looking for somewhere new to call home and become friends with my new housemates. The most important thing to know about me is that I love Yorkshire tea! I’m also 28, and trying to cook and bake a bit more, but usually end up at the pub or watching MAFS instead!
