Immaculate and clean apartment as I don’t cook in the kitchen at all & maintain it to high standards. It’s a studio flat with a combined kitchen & living room with a sofa bed area in the living room area.

I have one double bedroom which is what is available to rent. Location is perfect beside secc , the city centre, kelvin Grove Park etc, As I will be living in the living room area with the sofa bed, as I work from home it’s the main room I currently use, I’ve found myself rarely use the bedroom hence I’m placing that bedroom up for rent. Times are tough with the living crisis hence I’m not wishing to charge much in comparison to other places nearby, as the rest of the flat will be shared.

Just myself and a kitten I took in - could benefit with someone that loves or is welcoming towards a baby bengal kitten.
