Immaculate and clean apartment as I don’t cook much & maintain it to high standards. It’s a studio flat with a combined kitchen & living room with a sofa bed area in the living room area.

I have one double bedroom which is what is available to rent. Location is perfect beside Caledonian University and Glasgow School Of Art and Glasgow University and the Secc , the city centre, kelvin Grove Park etc, I currently use the space in my living room area combined with a sofa bed, as I also work from home it’s the main room I currently use, as I rarely use the bedroom area it’s the reason why I’m placing that bedroom up for rent. Times are tough with the living crisis hence I’m not wishing to charge much in comparison to other places nearby, as the rest of the flat will be shared.

Just myself and a rescued kitten I took in - could benefit with someone that loves or is welcoming towards a bengal kitten. That’s looking for an affordable clean double bedroom to stay in where all bills (apart from gas&electricity which will be charged based on your use) are included for just £450 a month. Rest of the areas are shared. Looking PREFERABLY for someone that is looking for a temp place to stay. Do get in touch if you would like to know more. Thank you
