I’m offering a room for £137.50 weekly (£550 a month) in NG3, its a 10 min walk to the city centre. All the bills are included. The room is on the ground floor and there is a bathroom down the hallway which essentially will be dedicated to you as you’re the only person living on the ground floor.
There’s also an office space and a utility on the ground floor and then the lounge, kitchen/dinner on the first floor. The room is available now.
