I am looking for 1 or 2 professionals to share my house with. It is a big 4 Bed Detached house, pretty much new, very modern open plan, architect designed and a one off. It’s a good look for business. It’s a million pound house. It is close to Stoke’s bay beach in a quiet area close to the village. Not far from the Ferry for Portsmouth harbour train station. I have one bedroom with ensuite @ £1000 P/M and 3 others to choose from@ £900 P/M. Only looking to rent out 2 rooms. Bedroom furniture will be provided brand new as required. All Bills included. At present it is just me. I do business mostly, work from home. easy going and friendly. The house has just become too expensive for me to live here on my own anymore. So I am more than happy to share as it helps me stay here.
