This HMO flat has a kitchen, a cozy living area, 1 bathroom with shower and tub, and a washer. Furniture in the room includes a double bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a dresser, a desk, and a desk chair. The decorations and additional furniture pictured are not included.

Located in the quiet Woodlands area, we are about a 5-minute walk from the 15 and several other bus routes, less than 8 minutes from the subway, and 10-15 minutes from the Charing Cross train station. We are also near Kelvingrove Park and the main University of Glasgow campus. Rent will be around £665 per month but it is paid quarterly and does not include utilities. Since we are students, we do not pay council tax. We are smoke and pet-free, and pets are not allowed.

We are a flat of three 23/24-year-old BVMS students from the States going into our third year. We are super friendly, as all of us here are besties and hoping to have another student join our flat who loves a good girl dinner and trash TV night but also recognizes study cave mode once in a while. Some of us like going out here and there, but we’re not partiers every night nor host parties here. We tend to enjoy cozier get-togethers and craft nights a bit more.

And we are all super neat and tend to clean up after ourselves pretty quickly and also give heads up if we have guests over.
