Seeking a single professional male. No couples. Non smoker. No pets.

Full use of house, will be all yours most of the time due to my work commitments.

You will be responsible for cleaning, own room and communal areas used.

All bills included £800 PCM. Months rent deposit and months rent in advance. Min 6 month. References required.

Due to work commitments I will rarely be there so you will have the run of the house at least 6 days a week.
