Meldon Terrace

Nice place right next to Heaton Park about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The house is a 3 bed 1 bathroom property with a private garden. There is also a tall shower behind the door to the bathroom which isn’t clear from the pictures. The room available is currently being used as a study, but will be a full furnished double-bed room before moving in👍

I am a Biochemistry student (male, 20) who will be living with a medicine student (female, 21). We are both friendly and easy going and would just like someone decent to join us next year :)
