I am moving from this property as I am leaving London so I am looking for somebody to take over the remainder of the tenancy here which ends on the 25th of September. The house is really nice, it has a large living room area with a wide garden too, upon that, the property is within a gated community so it’s always fairly quiet and you’re out the way of the other roads.

The house is located only a ten minute walk away from Willesden Green Station which runs the Jubilee Line so you can get around the city with ease, there’s also great shops, pubs, bars and takeaway places in the surrounding area so you’ll always be able to do what you’re wanting to without any complication.

The current tenants here are all easy to get on with people who’ll always be up to having a chat or planning to do something with. The rent is £620 and the bills are on average £35-£40 a month (that covers all costs).
