About the room
The Apartment is ideally located next to the Tesco express by the Tay and is within a half-hour walk from Dundee University. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and lamp, you will have to provide your own sheets and pillows. (Note, that this is as soon as my current flat mate moves out. All the stuff in there currently is his.) You have your own bathroom (not ensuite) in the hallway. The Living room area is shared and fully furnished with a comfortable sofa and a decent sized coffee table, with the door to the balcony right beside it. The balcony has a table and chairs nicely set-up. The kitchen is spacious with ample cupboard space and fridge space. The washing machine and dishwashing machine are located on either side of the sink.
About the roomies
I am a 22 year old mathematics and physics student at the University of Dundee, currently finishing off my second year. I can be quite chatty and cheerful (and insanely funny, at least I think so). I am a great lover of comedy (films, stand-up, Monty Python), Science and sci-fi, as well as I do have a love for Mysteries (Cluedo is my favourite board game). I love board games and brought a few with me (Cluedo not included, I left behind due to how old the set is, it wouldn’t have made the journey). I am a rock and roll, blues enthusiast and quite an adept guitarist (on my good days). I hardly ever play with my guitars plugged into my amp so noise shouldn’t be an issue. I only really get loud with my band when we play gigs or at the studio. Incidentally, my current flat mate is my drummer, he has his own circumstances right that prevent him from staying on in the flat, but he will still play the band thankfully. Well, that’s enough out of me, hope you to be seeing you in person.
