About the room

I am moving out and am seeking a new flatmate for a modern and well-presented two bedroom apartment in a sought after development situated in Epsom Town Centre, next to Epsom railway station with direct links into central London and benefitting from the various local amenities.

The room is available from 10 June (negotiable for a later start date):

  • Single bed with storage drawers underneath
  • Dedicated use of an immaculate modern large bathroom
  • Fully furnished with desk, chair with armrest, bed side table, wardrobe, with additional storage drawers and shelves in the room for storage

The apartment comes with:
