Spare room in a beautiful 2 bed tennament in Dennistoun, a popular area for students and young professionals. The flat is a 25 min walk from the town centre and 2 minute walk to the bus and train stations. The flat is available in June, and my current flatmate is flexible in move out date depending when it’s needed.

I’m a phd student at strathclyde University. I’ve always lived in glasgow and I’m interested in football, bouldering and enjoy going to the gym. I’m pretty busy so I am out of the flat a lot but also work from home occasionally. I’m looking for a compatible flatmate that is understanding, easy going and tidy. I’ve lived in this flat for almost a year and would hate to leave! The landlord is lovely and I’ve had great times here.
