A's room

Single room available in ,the Stanley area of County Durham for a lodger.

Like myself I am looking for a tidy and clean person to occupy this room. Initially for a short term and then we can see how things go from there.

Currently a single room with a single bed. There is a bedside table 1.5 wardrobe space, set of drawers, desk, chair and a book shelve/cupboard with doors. Room size is approx 12 x 11 feet with high ceilings.

There is a radiator, shutters on the window (inside) and a blackout blind.

Shared bathroom lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is an outside yard and furniture to sit on. Parking is on the street and normally there is normally plenty of space.

The area is relatively quite and you are in a country community. Not far from Stanley Town centre and also an easy commute to Beamish, Newcastle, gateshead and Consett.
