Ryan's room

I have a three bed house located in Cranbrook area, just on the outskirts of Exeter. Ideal for commuters using the A30 or M5 or access to Exeter. Train station is a 10 minute walk & regular buses to Exeter city centre every 20 minutes! The room is a double which is furnished, including wardrobe, bedside table & double bed. The tenant will also have own bathroom to use which is located just to the right of the room.
