Merchants Quay

Extremely nice flat, well built and modern. Has a little character too unlike these new builds.

It is two bedroom and two bathroom, I have the en-suite bedroom. The other bedroom has plenty of storage a double bed and looks over the quays. Very nice room. The main bathroom is shared, but it would be mainly yours.

Kitchen is separate to the large lounge area. Jubilee doors open up onto the quays to. Washing machine, Street parking permit is £50 pound a year too.

Yeah overall very nice and I enjoy living there, hence wanting to find someone to live with.

Right this part is crucial for me.

I am looking for a male to live with, someone who doesn’t go out partying all the time, coming in at crazy hours etc. I am past all that. I am a bit of a lads lad, love football, golf and now into running. Don’t forget the gym!. I’m easy going and up for a laugh most of the time, I do like my own space though. I like to cook to so you will no doubt get to eat some of the food I make. You must be clean !! Hygiene and your room. In regards to the flat I am happy to share the load, I do your pots here you do mine there or vice versa with anything. I’m not that bothered as long as it’s fair and the place isn’t dirty. I have grown to like a nice home. I am a family man and go home quite a few weekend a to the lakes, or. They might come here.
