Hi-Hi!

We have a bright double ensuite bedroom available in our dreamy three-bedroom flat in Kew Gardens, Richmond TW9, starting the 6th of May. You will have your own bathroom, double bed and wardrobe, located on your own separate floor. This room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures!

We will be sharing the kitchen space, which is quite big and fully equipped, including a TV and seating area. This will also be the space where we can hang out, catch up, or share a meal together every once in a while :) Rent is 1150£ per month, all bills included! Including air conditioning, underfloor heating, tv licence and Wifi. We also have a shared laundry room available, three days of a week. You will also be chipping in your share of the deposit, which is 1600£.

This space is best suited for a working professional, (since your room doesn’t have space for a desk). It is not ideal for someone who primarily works from home or studies from home. However, of course, you can also use the kitchen table to get things done!

This apartment offers a great location and easy access to public transport, parks, and cafes: ~~Kew Gardens is a 3 min walk (with easy access) to the overground and underground (30mins into the city); as well as offers very quiet streets with lots of greenery around you, (Kew Gardens is a 2 min walk away, Richmond Park 5 min by bike, River Thames 10 min walk)! PLUS there are lots of cute cafes and restaurants down the street, with shops close by.

As a flatmate, you will be part of a 6 months lodger agreement. The lovely property owners live below the apartment and pay full council tax! So no surprises with extra costs or spiking bills during winter.

Dorothy, 32 Canadian, is a working professional (project management for an NGO) and will be working full time. She loves the outdoors, and explore the city and parks with friends….is a bit of a foodie and will likely try to feed you or suggest going out for a cheeky drink and show. Enjoy having people around and socialising but also need our own space and quiet time. This is not a party flat but will have heaps of fun nonetheless!

About you: ◦ Ideally working professional, since there isn’t a desk space in your room but you can use the kitchen table being aware that you won’t always be by yourself!:) ◦ Tidy, clean, and tidy and clean!! ◦ Does their own thing and is looking for a little more privacy however also is keen to hang out once in a while :-) ◦ Ready to move in on the 6th of May! ◦ No preference in gender, just looking for someone matching our vibe! ◦ Preferably in your late twenties or early to mid-thirties
