Parris's room

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the end of April when I leave. The price per month is an estimate as I pay my rent in 3 installments. The room is £395 per week so I just roughly worked out the monthly price. This is a student accomodation in Greenwich. It also allows non-students. Has a kitchenette, en suite, small double bed, a desk with drawers and shelves and a wardrobe. The studio can be for one or two people. There is a gym, cinema room, games room, outdoor area and a big communal kitchen available on site as well. It’s a 15 minute walk from Uni of Greenwich, 5 minute walk from Westcombe Park station and 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop. It has several supermarkets round the corner as well as restaurants, clothes shops, cinema and an IKEA.

The majority is people in this building is a student. Couples are also welcome.
