Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of Southampton! A fantastic opportunity to share our friendly home!

Fully furnished with and ottoman bed frame offering more storage, this room really is very homely with ample storage space and a large double window to allow plenty of light in.

👫 Your Housemates: Join us, Steph and Jordan We are an outgoing couple! When the day winds down, our love for socialising comes alive. Whether that’s going for a night out in the city , spending times with friends, or simply unwinding at home, we always have a good time! Yet, amid our active social life, we both find real joy in the quieter moments. We really appreciate a serene night in, accompanied of course by a fine glass of wine. My partner Jordan always tends to find himself busy in physical activity , mainly football and golf! Myself Steph I work with children and I enjoy to bake and cook whilst having a boogie In the kitchen!

📍Prime Location Nestled in the heart of Southampton, a small sized complex of 20 flats, our home offers close proximity to the bars and restaurants in Bedford place, a short 10 minute walk to the train station and city centre or quick links to the m3 motorway.

🏠 What’s included : -Fully furnished room with ample storage

• Private bathroom for use by yourself and house guests (Jordan and I have an Ensuite we use) occasionally we’ll use the main bathroom for a bath!
• Access to a beautifully well maintained kitchen, living room and outside space
• High speed Wi-Fi
• All bills included for worry-free living. -Permit for one parking space within the grounds of the property.
• And most importantly, you get to share with both of us!

All we ask for is you treat the place with the respect it deserves! It’s a beautiful home and we really love living here! Even our neighbours are great! We all do our part to Keep it clean and tidy so we all can enjoy it! So if you are messy/untidy, we are sorry but it won’t work for us!

We hope to hear from you soon. We both work full time and my partner works from home around 3 days per week!

We have recently had a new memeber of the family join us his name is Rory and he is our joyful puppy! So we will be looking for someone who is great around dogs and is happy for our furry friend to give you a cuddle! 🐶
