This property is conveniently located in close proximity to various local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Additionally, it’s just a short walk away from Yeadon Tarn and offers excellent transport links to both Leeds, Bradford, and the airport. It has on street parking and a front garden.

Please note, access to one of the the bedrooms if through the other, and is the top floor, therefore has slanted roof. Ideal for a couple who work from home and can use the upstairs room as an office, but can be two bedrooms if needed. Both rooms are £800 total. Main bedroom alone would be £550. I am a 23 year old working full time, in the office 2-3 days a week, and the rest I work from home. I love plants, cooking, and being active. I like to keep my things tidy, and love a clean kitchen. I look forward to taking care of the front garden this spring, and decorating the house! I occasionally go to stay with my partner, and he comes over some weekends as well.
