Hi there, I have a three bed house down a private lane in Ewhurst, Ewhurst has beautiful surroundings and lovely walks, great pub and a local shop and hairdressers. Ewhurst has regular bus routes to Cranleigh and Guildford. It’s a small double room fully furnished and you will have use of the kitchen lounge and garden

I am a professional working from home mostly and it is just me living in the house currently. I’m easy-going and easy to live with. I am looking for a lodger that is polite, easy-going, respectful and tidy. Preferably female but not a dealbreaker
