I’m a 21-year-old student looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in June 2024. The rent is £1200, so we’d each pay £600, plus bills at £110 each (excluding council tax), making a total of £710 each.

The council tax band is C (but you’d get 25% off if you’re a professional due to me being a student)

You’d have your own bathroom (not an ensuite) and access to shared living space with a terrace and Juliet balcony. The building also offers co-working spaces, a mini gym, and a cinema room included in the rent.

A lil about me, I’m kind, down-to-earth, and a bit conservative at first, but I’m great company once I get comfortable. I work part-time, occasionally full-time, prefer staying in, though I’m up for going out for food or drinks (non-alcoholic for me) or any other fun activities.

I love Afrobeats, French Afro/RnB music, Amapiano, and any similar genres. I do like to play my music out loud in my room sometimes however i am more than happy to turn it down if its gets too loud or annoying. I will always be mindful of others thats for sure. :)
