Parkside Terrace

The flat is very well located with access within 5 minutes to many bus lines, lots of great food and good grocery stores nearby, and a 20/25 minute walk from Waverley. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and dresser, as well as a new heater installed at the beginning of 2023. The room has a great view of Holyrood park and Arthur’s seat. I have a TV for the flat that can be shared, along with a Google Chromecast for streaming. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a shared bookshelf. Whole heating system is pretty new, bathroom was recently repainted, and the couch was recently repaired so it feels like new.

I’m a student at Queen Margaret university, currently living with my partner but she will be moving out of the city after this academic year, hence why I need a flatmate. I enjoy video games, movies, and reading. I’m pretty reserved but also enjoy hanging out and watching TV or playing board games. I’m pretty clean in shared spaces and typically like to keep to a shared cleaning schedule around the flat.
