The bright, modern apartment is located on Goswell Rd and is just a 5-10 minute walk from Old Street, Angel, Barbican, and Farringdon stations. Excellent transport links.

The bedroom includes a double bed, two bedside tables. a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, and a lovely window overlooking the street. In Summer the large tree makes you feel like you’re living in a treehouse.

As the other room has an ensuite, you will have primary use of the flat bathroom, so while not connected to your bedroom it will feel like yours.

We love living here! This flat receives a lot of compliments and it’s walking distance to so many other great locations: Shoreditch, Angel, City of London, Soho and a direct bus ride to Hackney. Clerkenwell was named Timeout’s best place to live in London in 2023 and it really feels like it, it’s a great area.

The whole flat has high ceilings and the kitchen is excellent, a gas stove and endless storage.

We are a couple in our late 20s (Rob and Caitlin) who are social and laidback. We’re looking for a single or couple around the same age with similar lifestyles who we can live seamlessly alongside.

n the weekend we often go clubbing, out to eat, or to movies. We have a wide group of friends from different backgrounds and orientations so it is essential that applicants are LGBTQI+ friendly.
