About the roomies
It is only me in the property, the kitchen and the bathroom is shared between me and the lodger, the lodger has his own room and I have my own room. I work from home in my room. I am very respectful of the lodgers in terms of fair share of the facilities in the flat such as washing machine, using the cooker bathroom, ironing etc.
