I have a room available in a spacious flat located in the southside of Glasgow, 10 minutes down the road from Shawlands. The room on offer is currently unfurnished so a bed would have to be provided by the tenant, I do currently have a spare double mattress in storage which you would be welcome to use if you do not have one. Energy bills, council tax and broadband are not included in the monthly rent listed and would equate to approximately £150-200 a month extra. The room is only available for professionals as unfortunately i’m not able to accept students due to a condition laid out by my landlord.
I’m 30 years old and currently working in IT in the city centre, pretty laid-back and would be looking for someone similar who is happy to socialise but also respectful of other people’s space. I’m into film, music and gigs, as well as travelling and having drinks with mates.
