Large beautiful room close to Scunthorpe Hospital!
I have one large room available with new King Size hotel quality bed, bedding, furniture and smart TV.
There is a bathroom with bath/shower upstairs.
There is a garden which is a great place to unwind at the barbecue or in the sun.
This is my home and I would prefer clean, sober, quiet professional persons over 40 years old to join my house.
Cleaner comes in once a month, the rest of the time you will need to clean after yourself.
The house is close to all amenities with a corner shop, park and local pub within short walking distance. Ashby High Street, ASDA, Scunthorpe Hospital and Scunthorpe central is close by.
You will need to be a professional in full time employment with right to work and right to live in the UK.
About the roomies
Two professional quiet males share the house with me and I am a live in landlord.
