Cheapest studio in Bristol at an amazing location (BS81JR)
Hey guys! I’m leaving Bristol and I am looking for a student (of any University) to take over my tenancy, as soon as possible.
The tenancy lasts until September, but I’m sure you can stay more if you still are a student from September onwards.
This is really the cheapest studio there is in Student accommodation. I think it’s cheaper than any non-student studio in the city centre too.
It’s only £270/week whereas most student studios are in the 350-450£/week range (from my experience). It includes all bills, superfast internet (200 Mbps+)
It has a huge gym downstairs as well as a cinema room and a large study/social space.
It’s also placed placed at a very convenient location, next to the big Sainsbury’s of Queens Road and the Waitrose.
The bedrooms all face a very quiet side of Clifton for excellent sleep.
It has also tons of storage. My 1-bed flat stuff, all fit in the many drawers, cupboards and shelves of the place.
It also has excellent temperature control with a radiator that is not electric and does not dry the air which you can control all the times of the day. This means you can make it as warm or cold you want.
The bathroom is also very large and comfortable
About the roomies
Everyone lives in their own studio. There is a communal space where you can meet other students
