I’m looking for a lodger for my spare room, in a two-bed flat on Ferry Road. It’s a double room, furnished, south-facing. Includes:

• Double bed with pocket sprung mattress
• Two large built-in wardrobe/cupboards, one with lock
• Comfy chair
• Bookshelves
• Blackout blind

Several supermarkets and a few corner shops nearby. Really good bus links - the 21, 27, 29, 37, 24 and 200 all pick up right outside the flat. Free on-street parking right outside. The flat is on the second floor and has a garden.

Rent is £450 a month plus council tax, internet and utility bills. Move-in date would be around the middle of May. If you’re interested please send me a message and let me know a bit about yourself.
