Double room in quiet part of Mapperley, 10 mins walk from Mapperley top which has bars cafes restaurants etc and a regular bus to city 2 mins away. Full central heating, high speed broadband, well equipped kitchen, washer microwave air fryer etc, parking available. Secluded garden with furniture, chiminea and power supply making it perfect for working outside in summer. Comfortable warm living room with Virgin media etc, shared bathroom. House in excellent decorative condition. Bedroom has built in double wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers as well as a good size work area. Room would suit student or working person but not full time working from home; sorry no pet rabbits/cats/hamsters/ snakes/geckos/dogs regardless of how well house trained they are even though I am an animal lover, just not the type of property for pets.
