About the room

NOTE: If you want to rent a Double Room, contact! A Detached 3 bed house in Castle Gresley, Swadlincote. In a Cul De Sac. Very quite, but building works going on further end of the Cul De Sac on the farm land. Building properties to rent/sell?? Good size bedrooms. Furnished, with internet Note - No TV Licence or Netflix). Parking available on the drive or off road parking. Garden (Small due to having a Conservatory) with artificial lawn. I have a garage, but this will not be open for use (Neighbour parks his motorbike in there). Note: Items in the photos are no longer in the property. I am currently re-decorating the property.

About the roomies

Im 60 in July 2025, single, vegan for 28 years. Renters will be provided with own items. I work as a contractor in Social Housing (Taking a break form working). This can be anywhere from East/West Midlands or even London. I have my own car (On the drive). I feed strays that come into my garden. Cats are my fav animals.
