Good size bedrooms. Furnished, with internet Note - No TV Licence or Netflix). Parking available on the drive or off road parking. Garden (Small due to having a Conservatory) with artificial lawn. Im 58, 59 in July 2024, single, vegan for 28 years. Renters will be provided with own items. I work as a contractor in Social Housing. This can be anywhere from East/West Midlands or even London. I have my own car (On the drive). I had two cats, but passed after 15 & 18 years. I feed strays that come into my garden. Cats are my fav animals.
