The double room is in a two-level flat with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living/dining room with comfortable seating and 8 seater dining table, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The room comes with a double bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser, and 1 wardrobe. You will be sharing the first-floor bathroom with 1 woman. Great transport links: Harringay rail is only a 1-minute walk away and Harringay Green Lanes is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Overground and buses, Manor House, on the Piccadilly line, is a 10-minute walk. Landlords require a tenancy application which includes: a copy of your passport/UK driving license, last 3 months’ bank statements, written reference from your employer, and character reference.
You will be living with 3 working professionals (2 women and 1 man) from Italy. It is a peaceful and independent home with some socialising in the living room during dinner or on the weekend.
