I have a Double Room available in my 3 bedroom house.

Rent for Double Room will be £750 per month and £750 deposit. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

1 SHARED BATHROOM AND 1 SHARED KITCHEN.

The Double Room comes with 1 Double Bed, 1 Chest Drawer and 1 Wardrobes. I can provide a study desk and chair if needed.

I will be providing WiFi for the Lodgers to use.

The house is located very close to Queens hospital - 10mins walk therefore ideal place for medical professionals. The closest overground train station is Romford Station, on the Elizabeth Line so you can get a straight train into Central London which only takes 30 minutes. Alternatively Elm Park Station on District line is less than 10 mins bus ride away.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No pets please.

A cleaner will clean the communal area, bathroom and kitchen every week.

Please note: any damage to the furniture, mattress, bed, wardrobes, dressing table, chest drawers, equipment, walls or carpets or any spillage on carpets from food or drinks or any stains on the carpet will be taken out from the final deposit in order to repair, replace or clean.

Minimum length of stay is 7 months. Deposit will be refundable only after minimum 7 stay. If you leave before 7 months or if you get evicted before 7 months for any breach of contract, then deposit will be Non Refundable. A contract will need to be signed.

I am a female landndlord that travels for work. I am hardly at home. I would love to share my house with someone who would respect my home and keep it clean & tidy.
