Ciaran's room

I have a spare double room for rent for the summer whilst my flatmate is away. It is a 15 min walk from the city centre, or a 5 min bus with the bus stop being right at my front door. There is also a parking spot available with the flat in a car park with an entry barrier and easy access out right onto the M8. The room has plenty of space and a built in wardrobe and comes as shown in the photos but its up to you if you want to move the furniture in it around. The flat has 2 bathrooms, the main one shown and an en suite connected to my room so we will have a bathroom each. The kitchen has plenty of space and comes with a newly fitted washing machine. The living room is comfortable and very comfy for movie nights and also has a juliet balcony.

Bills aren’t included in the rent and if you aren’t a student you would have to be willing to cover the council tax yourself (Band: D).

Hi I’m Ciaran, a 2nd year EEE student at strathclyde. I’m a keen chef so can teach you to cook if you need. I’m also a guitarist and into music, especially on vinyl or cassette. I’m also into sports, mainly rugby but go to the gym a couple times a week. Let me know if you are interested and we can get a coffee and chat and show you around the flat.
