James's room

A large and fully furnished room with a double bed. On 3 buss routes a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. Parking is available in a private car park. The property is within a 5 minute walk of 2 supermarkets, a pure gym, a pub and several small shops. There is plenty space in the kitchen to keep your things, a big open plan area has a TV, pool table, darts board and dining room table.

I’m 26 and bought and live alone. I work mostly from home in IT and have several hobbies which keep me out the house most evenings. Looking for a nice person to share my spare room with and make a few extra pennies xD
