This is suitable for one single working professional who wishes to live in quite surroundings in the heart of the Leicestershire Wreake valley and yet only minutes from the A46 and M1 networks. A well behaved dog can also be accommodated. Not suitable for children.

We operate under Farm safety and security precautions, consequently, preference will be given to those who like the quite life and do not need to be surrounded by family and friends. There’s plenty of opportunity for country walks, cycling etc.

There’s also an option to make savings on your rent by helping with domestic jobs or maintenance, although not essential.
