I have a spare room in a nice flatshare to become available early May 24, it’s in a very central location and has lots of bus routes 2 minute’s walk, and excellent transport links, Catford/Catford Bridge, Lewisham, Ladywell, and Hither Green are all reached within 10 minutes bus ride or 20 minutes to walk, it’s about 5 minutes walk from Lewisham Hospital, nested in between Lewisham/Hither Green, shared with a live-in landlord only and let on a lodger agreement, Ideally, this would suit a mature Indian or quiet professional female 40+, the rent includes council tax and all bills. Ideally, a 6 to 12 months, full references and ID checks will be required, and the person suitable for this let, would be someone very clean & tidy, respectful and preferably quiet and working professionally, sorry, not open to couples and no pets allowed. I also would be open Monday to Friday, for someone looking for a base Monday to Friday and the price would be reflective of that. Would like to meet on 1-2-1 basis before the let is agreed upon and satisfactory credit and ID checks. One month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance are required.
