- Excellent location in Central London: 5 minute walk from Borough tube station, 10 minute walk from Borough market & London Bridge station. 15 minute walk from Elephant&Castle. So many amazing places to for dinner and drinks nearby!!
- Modern building, very safe with extremely helpful in house maintenance and lettings manager. Seperate postroom with CCTV.
- The flat is on the top floor spacious with modern furnishings, an open space kitchen living room with floor to ceiling windows - so much light!! And a view of the shard!!
- Very spacious furnished terrace with shard view.
- The room: furnished with a double bed, double windows, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Lots of light and city view!! Shared bathroom with one other person.
About the roomies
- We are 2 girls (cis, straight) from Hungary (23&27), but we both went to university in London and are now working full time. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, and vibe to us. We speak Hungarian to each other when it is just us two, but will only speak English in front of you.
- We want our home to be a safe space for everyone and somewhere to unwind and relax after a long day of work. We are close friends but we respect each others space and privacy to have quiet evenings at home, but we would love someone who is down to have girls dinner, come to yoga with us, or go out for a drink in the area.
- We love inviting friends over for a cosy evening, a glass of wine, or dinner, but we don’t do house parties or stay out late clubbing.
- We both love cooking but try to keep the common spaces, clean, tidy and without clutter at all times. This means never leaving food or any waste out, not leaving dirty dishes around, and cleaning all surfaces after cooking. We share all household chores and are always happy to help each other out. We would like someone who has similar standards to us.
- We share all the bills equally, and try to be cautious not to waste unnecessary energy, however we like the flat to be warm and cosy throughout winter, and are happy to spend more on heating over other things to keep the flat comfortable.
- We are looking for someone who is good at communicating, responsible, and respects other’s spaces, boundaries and lifestyles, but who is open to becoming our friend.
- Since we are both from abroad we occasionally have family members (mostly out siblings) and friends staying over, but we always discuss this in advance, and try our best to not disrupt others, and we expect the same from your guests.
