Which leaves us to find 1 new house mates who is clean, friendly and will fit in with this sociable house. I am moving back in with family for prior work commitments, so would love to give this space to a friendly tenant.

Everyone here is friendly and chatty and tend to usually get together in the kitchen when the space is being used.

You have Jake who works in a restaurant and tends to be working most evenings. Ben who is a chef, with a crazy work schedule. Jasmine who works within the NHS. Parth who’s an an engineer and can sometimes work from home and lastly Lolanda who has travelled to Italy and come back, pursuing a career within the creative arts.

Everyone is respectful of your space and your things. It’s not a crazy party central house, we all have crazy schedules and appreciate a good chat but also a good sense of privacy and independency.
