Lovely and calm double bedroom to rent in friendly house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is furnished with two single beds, wooden wardrobe and wooden flooring. All bills with wi-fi included.

Bus stop is situated 2 minutes away with various buses that have frequent runs to Grove Park or Mottingham Station approximately 7-10 minutes bus ride each way or 15-20 minutes walk. Buses go to Bromley, Lewisham, Catford one way and Chislehurst, Orpington and Eltham other way. 15 min train journey into London Bridge, Charing Cross or Cannon Street.

I am the landlady of the property and live with my partner and one other lodger. We are a friendly team and would make you most welcome. We are all professionals.
