Hello. Double room available in a semi-detached house centrally located in Strood with easy access to the M2. Looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful of others. Smokers are welcome but in the garden only, which is large and well established, with patio and seating area. No driveway but plenty of places to park outside the property.
