As a new prospective flatmate you’d have access to not one but 2 rooms for all your things ideal if you need one to be an office for work, you’d have you’re own bathroom with bath and shower (my room has an ensuite shower) Shared living room with Smart TV including netflix and Amazon prime video. Shared kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge freezer and washer/dryer

The property is furnished, you’d have 2 wardrobes as well as a chest of drawers and a double bed.

The property is situated just off Leith walk about 5 minutes walk from the McDonald road tram stop. The flats have residents only parking which is on a first come first served basis (flats don’t have their own space, it’s a free for all) and doesn’t require a permit.

I’m a Graphic designer, I mostly work from home but have the option to work from an office if needed. I tend to go in twice a week. I’m into gaming, I enjoy watching rugby. I’m a bit of geek, love all things science fiction. I enjoy random roadtrips and the occasional night out. Enjoy going to gigs and festivals. Always happy to spend time hanging out but also respect other people’s space.
