top floor flat Rent excludes bills and tax (but broadband is included) Deposit will be £750 Furniture in bedroom: great quality double bed, large wardrobe with drawers inside, large desk and desk chair, metal bedside stand (no drawers) Furniture in shared space: Extendable table (fits 4), two futon sofas (turn into 1 double bed and 1 single bed), coffee table, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob. The room advertised has a lovely little en-suite with a standing shower. Shared storage space: generous sized cupboard with a dryer and shelves. Bike storage: locked bike storage in a communal area outside

Unfortunately pets are not allowed. The flat does not come with parking permits.

Available from March 30th. Contract will be for 12 months with 6 month break clause.
