Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in April for my ensuite double room in a 2 bedroom flat centrally located in Pimlico. The lease lasts until 5 August 2025 but there is a break clause on 5 August 2024.

The flat has a large living and dining area, separate kitchen, two big terraces and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms (all furnished). The bedroom contains ample storage space and has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

You will be sharing with a 25 year old working professional female. She works from the office 5 days a week.
