One bedroom is available for rent in a two-bedroom flat. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the building next to the north circular. A bus stop is directly outside. The flat has:

• Kitchen Appliances(toaster, microwave, kettle) were bought shared with the current tenant
• Double beds bedrooms

• The landlord takes care of maintenance for cleaning the building
• It’s a very clean flat with nice neighbours and is super secure.
• Bills are not included in the rent
• Bills include (Council tax, Wifi, Water, Electricity + Gas which sums up to (£150 - £ 200 per month)
• 8-minute walk from Palmers Green overground station
• 5-minute walk from Morrisons and Palmers Green High Street
• some nice areas around include Broomfield Park, Cute Cafes and nice restaurants.
• The community is generally Turkish, Greek and Iranian.
• Wood Green shopping centre and underground station is a 15-minute bus ride.

I am generally looking for a female flatmate but would consider a male as a last resort. Looking for a very clean, tidy person with respect. Someone who is sociable, and friendly and would be up for walks in the parks.
