Viki's room

You would have your own “floor” available in large terraced house. It’s a basement conversion with a double bedroom with large window and natural light, a private bathroom (shower only) and walk-in closet / storage area with own fridge. It has just been freshly decorated and will be furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, rug, bedside table and lamp (unless you request otherwise!). The kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden are shared between us. The basement does not have its own access however so we will also share the front door 🙂 The house is a 3 min walk to a lovely village with coffee shops, pubs, a launderette, a post-office and a plastic-free shop. It is a 10min walk to the main town with many bars, restaurants, shops, a library etc and the metro straight into Manchester city centre. Discount can be given if you do not need the place full time (ie mid-week for example).

I am a single woman and a mature student and psychology teacher. I’ve been overseas for the last 10 years and have recently moved back to the UK. I am sociable and friendly but my house is quiet. I’m looking for a quiet, tidy roommate. The top floor, is my bedroom and bathroom and spare bedroom/office space.
