The room is a spacious double room with a large built in wardrobe and part furnished with a bed and large mirror. The property has two bathrooms so you would have sole use of the main one pictured. It is on a quiet residential estate with free off road residential parking. The nearest tube is Tooting Bec and about a 12 minute walk (10 if you’re late!) or a 3 minute bus journey from the entrance to the estate.

I’m looking for someone to move in early April ideally. Will want to meet any potential new housemate first to chat and ensure we get along before we start sharing a space. 😊 Bills are approx £120pp per month. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Hello. My names Rachel and I’m a 32 year old working professional from Ireland. Have been living in London for just over a year now and my housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to move into her room. Ideally would be someone who doesn’t work from home more than 1-2 days per week as I work from home most days!
