Good sized double room to rent in a modern, semi detached property. The property is located in a nice, quiet area of north Leamington. Only a 10min walk into the centre of town, it is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. The room is fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside drawers, desk and table. The occupant has shared access to the modern bathroom (new in 2019), kitchen (including all utensils) living room and garden. The latter has widescreen TV, DVD player etc. Access is free to wireless broadband, Hi-Fi etc This is an arrangement to live with the landlord. I am an easy going, clean and tidy professional. Non smoker myself but would be happy to rent to a smoker as long as they smoked outside. I require a quiet, easy going, clean and tidy tenant, either male or female.

Rent: £600/month, all bills are included in the rental except phone calls. A deposit of £200 is required up front. This will be refunded at the end of the contract, subject to the room being left in a good clean condition

I am a 41 year old, easy going, clean and tidy, professional male. Sometimes work some unsociable hours but very rarely, and I’m quite quiet anyway.
