Summer's room

The flat is on the ground floor and has good accessibility. It has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (a full bathroom, full shower room and a toilet), an open plan kitchen/living room and dining area with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus access to the shared courtyard. The complex houses students and professionals and there is an onsite gym too! This is shonas 3rd year in the flat so it looks a little more lived in than in the pics ahaha. We have a lil community vibe going on so we do (consensually lol) share things and help each other out. We do expect everyone to pitch in to keep communal areas tiny and hygienic but we’re not fussy over a mess.

I’m Summer (she/they) and I’m 25 and work for a charity and I share the flat with my pals Shona (she/they) 26 and Maddie (she/her) 23. Our lovely flatmate headed ba k home to Australia recently and were looking for someone to fill her room. Ideally we’re looking for someone laidback and open minded who we would get along well with and become friends rather than just strangers in a flat! We’re a mix of extroverts and introverts but all enjoy good company but respect other people’s space. The flat is already home to queer, trans, disabled, BAME identities so welcome everyone with open arms!! We all enjoy doing out for food and drinks but love a good night in with video games and cooking.
