The house is in south Bristol and on direct bus routes to the city centre, Temple meads and Bristol Airport. Also, the house is on the M1 metrobus service route that goes to the city centre, UWE and Cribbs causeway. There is off and on street parking, no space for Bicycles. All the bills are included in the monthly price. It has central heating throughout, washing machine/dryer, Ironing board and Iron, Sky TV and Netflix, ultrafast Wi-fi, large Lounge/Diner, fully fitted Kitchen with cookware, tableware, utensils and your own large fridge/freezer. Also there is a upstairs shower room with a toilet. Downstairs is a rear sunroom, and a rear patio that can be used by smokers. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and contains single bed, new mattress, underbed storage, ottoman, bedside cabinet, two double wardrobes, 7 drawer chest, small 5 drawer chest, wall shelving, bookcase, computer/study desk with chair, 10 electrical sockets and a freeview tv. The house is completely self-contained, sharing with friendly, welcoming and easy-going people who also appreciate when someone needs their own space and peace and quiet. We would prefer female only as they look after the house better, and would prefer someone who does not have visiting guests. A £200 refundable deposit is required and a photo I. D. of either Passport, work Visa, work Permit or Driving Licence. The room can be rented either all week, Mon to Fri or weekends only and short or long term. In person viewings available now.
